When I join in the round, my right side is on the inside and I have the wrong side of the knitting on the outside. What am I doing wrong?
23.01.2024 - 08:46DROPS Design answered:
Dear Amanda, if you have just started the jumper and it's the first round, you should just start working over the stitches on the previous round without turning the piece. You can see an example here: https://www.garnstudio.com/video.php?id=1778&lang=en (just without using a 2nd circular needle). On the other hand, if you were working in rows and then you join the piece remember to turn the piece before joining in the round if the last row was from the wrong side (so turn it towards the right side, as if to work the next row, but then join the piece). Happy knitting! 28.01.2024 - 21:01Sonja Perez wrote:

10.05.2022 - 09:02Karoline Ekblad wrote:
Hello, I am Knitting baby duck. Regarding the arms, Can I knitt then around ( rundstickar) instead of using Five needles ? Kindest regards
03.07.2020 - 15:08DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Ekblad, in this pattern you work the sleeves in the round either on double pointed needles as shown in the video or with a longer circular needle using magic loop technique. Happy knitting! 03.07.2020 - 15:31Dide wrote:

Grazie
06.08.2016 - 16:22DROPS Design answered:
Buonasera Sara. Buon lavoro! 06.08.2016 - 20:16Sarah Franks wrote:
Hi, I have 4 needles in my packet of double pointed needles and I see your video uses 5. Do I need to buy two packets or can I put the pattern across 3 needles and use the 4th like you use your 5th needle? Thanks
18.07.2016 - 13:15DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Franks, you can use 4 needles instead of 5 without any problems. Happy knitting! 18.07.2016 - 23:57Rhonda Richter wrote:
The instructions ask for me to knit separately once I reached decrease for armhole in the round. How do I knit separately in the round? Do I knit with straight needles?
12.08.2015 - 07:18DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Richter, you can work back and forth on the double pointed needle (turn at the end of each row), or use a circular needle instead of double pointed needles. Happy knitting! 12.08.2015 - 09:13VERONICA wrote:

Dear Pauline, you can rather use magic loop instead of double pointed needles if you like to. Happy knitting! 28.11.2014 - 09:28Sunji wrote:

Amazing how you knit that way, I've tried and tried. It wasn't how I was taught but it looks a faster more efficient method. I just can't for the life of me keep the wool over the end of my finger and feed it through, it keeps falling off - lol
