We will ship anywhere you
would like us to, upon receipt of the order. Shipping costs overseas will be determined after the order is placed, and usually are a little higher
than USA shipping. We pride ourselves on our willingness to ship overseas! You are worth the trip to the post office.
- Returns are only accepted on items purchased within 30 days.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be included in refund.
- Returns must be in original condition (labels attached, yarn in ball, skein, or loop as received by the purchaser, etc.)
- Returns between 30 and 60 days eligible for credit only.
- We do not accept returns on books, patterns, or needles.
- Refunds will be issued only after items are received at the yarn studio and checked for original condition.
